Terms of Use

Effective October 26, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Amer Hamed ("we", "us"), the developer of Block Nova ("the game"). By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. If you downloaded the game from the App Store or Google Play, the store's rules on how many devices you may use also apply.

Fair play

You agree not to:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the game;
• modify, decompile or reverse engineer the game, except where the law expressly allows it;
• cheat, use bots or tamper with achievements or leaderboards;
• use the game in any unlawful way.

Your progress

Your progress and settings are stored only on your device. We do not keep a copy, so we cannot restore progress that is lost, for example after deleting the game or changing devices.

Power-ups, stars and scores are part of the game. They cannot be bought, sold or exchanged, and they have no real-world value.

Ownership

The game, including its design, code, graphics, music and sounds, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms do not give you any ownership rights. "Block Nova" and its logo are ours.

Third-party services

Game Center, Google Play Games and Sentry (crash reporting) are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those services. How the game handles information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the game or any of its features at any time. Some updates may be needed to keep playing. We do not promise that the game will always be available or free of errors.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid for it, if any.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement under the law where you live.

Ending this agreement

You may stop using the game at any time by deleting it. Your license ends automatically if you break these terms, and you must then delete the game.

App Store downloads

If you downloaded the game from Apple's App Store:

• these terms are between you and us, not Apple, and we, not Apple, are responsible for the game and its content;
• your license is also subject to the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions;
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game;
• if the game fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation for the game;
• Apple is not responsible for any claims by you or others relating to the game, including product liability claims, claims that the game fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims, or claims that the game infringes someone else's intellectual property; we are responsible for handling those claims as these terms provide;
• you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version inside the game is always the current one, and the date below shows when it took effect. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms.
